Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Gundog Club will be held on SATURDAY 21 MARCH 2026 after Gundog Judging has been completed – not before 10h00 at Goldfields Show Grounds in the Gundog Ring.

  1. Approval of Minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2025.
  1. Chairman’s Annual Report
  1. Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025
  1. Election of Officers: Patron, President and Vice Presidents
  1. Election of Committee Members
  1. Any Other Business.
