The Minutes of the meeting held on 18.08.2020 were formally adopted.

Follow-up on outstanding monies owed to Clubs.
After discussion on this matter, NdP advised that the Chairmen of the Clubs defrauded should lay a formal complaint with SAPS against the Company as well as the Company Director in his personal capacity, should they have the relevant proof. This may however only be done once a decision is taken at a Club Committee meeting. YJ advised that she will liaise with the Clubs affected to gauge whether they wish to pursue the matter.

GSDLC SGM held on 22 August 2020 – Minutes of the GSD Liaison Council received and distributed. Further correspondence received thereafter also attended to.

NdP undertook to produce a manual after the lockdown, with the assistance of BJ, for the information of DSC members. Thereafter a Skype meeting will be arranged. BJ and NdP to liaise on suitable date to hold the Skype meeting.

5.2 SHOWS
5.2.1 Applications for Second Championship Shows
5.2.1.1 Limpopo Bull Terrier Club
The Limpopo Bull Terrier Club is requesting to host a second Championship Show together with its first Championship Show on the 11 th October 2020. The First Championship Show was cancelled due to COVID-19.
They wish to join SA Bull Terrier Club’s first & second Championship Shows which are being held on the 10th October 2020.
Both Clubs are collaborating in the hopes of attracting exhibitors for a 4-show Specialist Weekend.
The Limpopo Bull Terrier Club has no outstanding documents or payments .

KF to arrange a Skype meeting to discuss the revised TEO Procedure ‘final’ document circulated by BJ on 01.04.2020. All existing forms and constitutional references are to be circulated to Exco members prior to the Skype meeting. Feedback on the Skype meeting held on the 01/10/2020 to be discussed at the Exco 10-20 meeting.

5.2.4 OTHER CLUB / SHOW MATTERS
COVID-19 STATE OF DISASTER - SHOW STATUS
AB reports that the office is working with the Shows Task Team on presenting an updated Events Calendar and processing Show applications. The office has received approximately 18 show applications to date.
NdP raised concerns regarding compliance to COVID regulations at Shows as well as the wearing of masks by Judges. BJ to liaise with Mrs Carol Immelman (CI) and raise concerns expressed by NdP.

5.2.5 KUSA Classic
All the 2020 KUSA Classic Events have been postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19. BJ will report on any further information from the Task Team established to consider the allocation of new Show Dates.
