Federal Council – Election of Office Bearers

At the Federal Council meeting held on 4 & 5 December 2020, the following persons were elected:

Election of Chairman of the Federal Council and Election of President – Article 16.2.2.1

Nomination received for Chairman of the Federal Council:

Mrs JM Hubbard

Clr Hubbard was elected for four years from 01.01.2021 until 31.12.2024.

Nomination received for President:

Mrs DE Powell

Clr Powell was elected as President for four years from 01.01.2021 until 31.12.2024.

Election of Vice-Chairman of the Federal Council – Article 16.2.2.2

The current incumbent, Clr JM Hubbard was to retire on 31.12.2021

In view of her election as Chairman, Clr Hubbard stood down from this position and Clr BG Robinson was elected as Vice-Chairman for the remainder of her term of office until 31.12.2021.

Election of Patron – Article 16.2.2.3

Mr GR Eva was re-elected as Patron.

Election of Life Vice-Presidents – Article 16.2.2.3

Mr CJL Griffith was elected as a Life Vice-President.

Election of Vice-Presidents – Article 16.2.2.3

The following Vice-Presidents retired on 31.12.20 and were re-elected for a further 4 year term of office until 31.12.2024.
