         KENNEL UNION OF SOUTHERN AFRICA REGULATIONS FOR PERMANENT         

SUB-COMMITTEES OF THE FEDERAL COUNCIL/E EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (1989)

SCHEDULE 6A

1. Permanent Sub-Committees of the Federal Council/Executive Committee, established for better administration by the Federal Council in terms of Article 18.2 of the Constitution, shall consist of those following. Without limiting the generality thereof, each Sub-Committees duties and powers shall be as referred to herein.

1.1 The Disciplinary Sub-Committee shall be responsible for the implementation of Kennel Union Disciplinary Rules and the observance thereof. It shall be empowered to carry out all those functions specially reserved to it in terms of the Disciplinary Rules Schedule 1.
